All library books and textbooks are due tomorrow, May 15. Textbooks still being used are due June 1st. There is a box in the front entrance for all returned books. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR BOOKS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR NOT RETURNED. Thank you for returning your books!

8th graders are celebrated this week as Reek School teachers delivered yard signs to all 8th grade families to announce this year's Reek graduates! Teachers participated in a three hour drive around Geneva Lake to all neighboring townships in a parade of much needed greetings and well wishes! Congratulations, Class of 2020!

Governor Evers and the Department of Health Services announced that public and private K-12 schools shall remain closed for pupil instruction and extracurricular activities for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Reek School will continue to provide online learning for all students.
The Board of Canvassers Meeting for Linn Joint 6 School
District will be held Thursday, April 16 at 9:00 in the
Reek School library to certify the election results for the
office of School Board Member for Linn Joint 6.
The staff and students of Reek School earned an award for high achievement. This is the fourth year that Reek School has received Wisconsin Title I School of Recognition honors. The Schools of Recognition award is presented to schools leveraging federal Title I funding to provide additional resources and services to economically disadvantaged students. Criteria for receiving a Schools of Recognition award includes reaching goals for test participation, attendance, and graduation rates. Additional criteria, and a full description of award categories can be found on the DPI’s website.

Governor Evers issued Emergency Order #12 to institute a Safer At Home policy. The order is effective at 8:00 am on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 and will remain in effect until 8:00 am Friday, April 24, 2020, or until a superseding order is issued. We will not be in school until Monday, April 27 unless any changes occur. Until that time, we will continue to offer virtual learning. We will also continue to offer lunch for students. Reek School online instruction begins tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18. Please respond to the daily email attendance link and most importantly, ensure that your children are doing the assigned work. Thank you.
The Linn Fire Department Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for April 4th is cancelled.
On Friday, February 14, each student may bring one special person to join them for a special Valentine's Day lunch hosted by School Club. Elementary lunch begins at 11:15. Middle school lunch begins at 12:05. All guests should meet their child in the hallway by the lunchroom.

Reminder: The Forensics team meets after school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15 - 4:00. Students will be picked up at the west gym doors.
