Reek School is honored with  Wisconsin Title I Schools of Recognition Award

The staff and students of Reek School earned an award for high achievement. This is the fourth year that Reek School has received Wisconsin Title I School of Recognition honors. The Schools of Recognition award is presented to schools leveraging federal Title I funding to provide additional resources and services to economically disadvantaged students. Criteria for receiving a Schools of Recognition award includes reaching goals for test participation, attendance, and graduation rates. Dr. Samantha Polek, Reek School Administrator stated, “I’m very proud of our dedicated staff, hardworking students, and supportive families. We have a team approach to education which furthers our students’ success.”

State Superintendent Carolyn Stanford Taylor recognizes Reek School as being among 107 schools in the state that received Wisconsin Title I School of Recognition honors in the 2019-20 school year.
